High Precision Machinery

Wire EDM

Our Swiss wire EDM delivers high energy, non-contact spark erosion of up to 300,000°C on hard to cut materials. With ±2 micron tolerances and Ra 0.2 μm, we machine intricate designs such as injection mold inserts, stamping dies, medical components, and aerospace parts to a flawless, stress-free finish.

Sinker EDM (Die Sinker)

Our Swiss Sinker EDM delivers high-precision spark erosion reaching temperatures up to 400,000°C — ideal for complex cavities and hard-to-machine materials. With ±3 micron tolerances and surface finishes down to Ra 0.25 μm, it produces distortion-free, high-quality parts for mold-making, aerospace, and precision tooling applications.

Small Hole EDM (EDM Drilling)

Our Japanese Sodick K1CN Sinker EDM delivers high-precision spark erosion reaching temperatures up to 400,000°C — ideal for complex cavities and hard-to-machine materials. With ±3 micron tolerances and surface finishes down to Ra 0.25 μm, it produces distortion-free, high-quality parts for mold-making, aerospace, and precision tooling applications.

CNC Milling

Our UK-built Tryax B3EC and Tryax B6FC CNC Turret Mills deliver precise 3-axis milling for complex parts, tight tolerances, and smooth finishes across steel, aluminium, and engineered plastics. Combining manual flexibility with CNC accuracy, it's ideal for prototypes, fixtures, and low-to-medium volume production in tooling, fabrication, and general engineering.

Fiber Laser Cutting

Our Fiber Laser Cutter delivers ultra-precise, high-speed cutting of metals including steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, and copper. With minimal heat distortion and clean edges, it’s ideal for sheet metal fabrication, industrial components, and precision parts across engineering, automotive, and manufacturing sectors. Our machine has tolerances up to 0.05mm.
