At Solid Mountains Trading L.L.C, we can CNC Acrylic, Hardwood / Plywood, MDF, Metals, HVAC PI Ducts & Laminated panels.
Acrylic
We can easily machine either cast acrylic or extruded acrylic panels. We also have the ability to polish the edges for a superb finished look.
Hardwood / Plywood
We can machine any type of hardwood or plywood. Whether it is a simple component or custom glued up hardwood materials for custom tabletops or counters.
MDF
We can provide you with any requested finish in MDF products, available in 4’ x 8’ or 5' x 10' sheets varying in thickness from 3mm to 50mm.
Metals
We can provide you with high definition plasma cutting in materials like, Aluminum, Steel, Mild Steel, GI Sheets, Stainless Steel.
Laminated Panels
Laminated panels can be easily machined on our routers. We can machine panels up to 4′ wide and up to 8′ in length on the vacuum tables.
Aluminum Composite Panels
We are able to cut large quantities of ACP using our special tools in a fraction of the time used to cut manually and have it ready for fabrication.
